What is CrewCenter?
CrewCenter is a web based software solution developed to organize and manage a wide range of information for your operation. While ideally suited as a central point of management for all TTA Works products including CrewRater, CrewCenter can also be implemented effectively as a standalone application. We utilize an easy to navigate dashboard that provides permission-based access to all of your data, including employee records, equipment, and crew management information. It also encompasses incident management and provides a reporting tool that allows you to assess supervisors, crews and individual crew members. CrewCenter contains a document management tool that allows you to share documents with others in your company and track when necessary information has been viewed and acknowledged.

A key feature of CrewCenter is its ability to manage and store the information your CrewRater mobile devices accumulate in the field. During the sync process, the handheld device is also updated with the latest information, ensuring that CrewRater is equipped with the most current crews, supervisors, equipment, checklists and procedures and at the same time allows for statistical analysis of the field data.

The CrewCenter dashboard contains a direct link to our HEO Academy learning management system, which provides and tracks the online training and testing that crew members need to be safe and productive.
