Document Management

CrewCenter offers robust functionality in the management of documents, spreadsheets, agreements, and more. Administrators can also require that employees view and acknowledge documents, which they can monitor with a detailed report.

No document will ever be lost or mistakenly deleted; CrewCenter utilizes archiving functionality for storage of all documents. When you update an existing document or standard procedure, CrewCenter retains the original as an archived document. All activity is logged with the username and a time and date stamp.
